Q:  How do I know if I’m a good candidate for Vibrante?

Q:  How much does it cost to live at Vibrante?

A: The value of membership at Vibrante is based on the size of the suite. Please contact us for more information. We’d be happy to speak with you. 

Q:  Will I have to pay for my own utilities? 

A:  All utilities will be included in the rent. This covers heat and central air, water, gas, electric, trash and recycling services, grounds maintenance, snow removal, cable TV and internet.

Q:  Will I need to pay extra for concierge services? 

A:  Concierge service is available upon request for an additional cost. The cost of tickets (theater, opera, ballet, orchestra, etc.), chef-prepared or restaurant meals and other activities will be charged to the member on a monthly basis.

Q:  Will my family members or friends be able to spend the night? 

A:  Guests are welcome to visit, but in order to respect all members’ privacy, we request that visitors do not spend the night. 

Q: Can I bring my own furniture? 

A:  Artwork and furnishings for the common areas are provided, and members are required to furnish their own suites and any personal items they wish. 

Q:  Are laundry services provided? 

A:  Laundry services are not included; however, you may request this through the concierge service for an additional fee. 

Q:  Are housekeeping services provided? 

A:  House cleaning services are included in the rent and are provided on a regular basis.

Q:  Can I apply with a friend? 

A:  Yes, that would be lovely! 

Q:  What happens if I begin to have health problems? 

A:  Vibrante is designed for independent living in a shared environment.  If you wish, we can assist you in coordinating needed services through an outside provider as part of the concierge service.  The mission of Vibrante is to create a community environment so women don’t have to age alone.  This includes times when you may be facing health issues or other challenges. 

Q:  Can I bring my car? 

A:  Absolutely.  Vibrante has a two car garage and ample street parking is available to members. 

Q:  Am I responsible for my own groceries and meals? 

A:  Yes, you are responsible for your groceries and meals.  Special meals or dinners out may be arranged through the concierge. You may also choose to prepare your meals with the other members and dine together.
